I applied online. The process took 2 days. I was interviewed at Avenue Architecture Inc. (Toronto, ON) in December-2016.
Very professional call from administrator. I met with Principal 2 days later discussing the role and showcasing my work and experience. Then did a CAD Test. Very comfortable interview, pleasure meeting with the Principal.

It was over the phone, I also met with the owner. I introduced myself, We chatted very informally. She seemed quite charming and a nice person, which fooled me completely. I also sat down with the office administrator after she made me wait quite a long time. She was very rude and felt that treating me badly was good for her.
