Interview
I applied online and got called for an interview 4 hours later. After setting up an interview, I walked into a room with almost 40-50 people coming in and out to interview. The first round took 10 minutes, my interviewee gave me a brief summary of the company structure than asked me a few questions about myself.

Interview
Was very sketchy. Received a call within two hours of sending out an application and was asked to come in on a Saturday for morning at 9am "training". The interview consisted of two parts. The first was about a 10 minute interview , and part two was shadowing an associate in the field. This consisted of asking people on the street to donate money to the company they they are working for. The whole process was very uncomfortable, and did not seem legitimate. An employee told me the hours were 7-6 weekdays and 9-5 on Saturdays.
