Avon Senior CopyWriter interview questions

The first I heard back from this role was an email to inform the company about my requested salary and notice period. After I responded, I was invited to interview 2 days later. I was requested to carry out a task before the interview. I wasn’t asked if there was enough time to do the task or even received a screening phone call to discuss my experience to see if the role was suitable for me. The task took around 3 hours to complete. I completed the task and emailed it over, but received no reply. I attended the interview and was told I had to present the task, which I hadn’t prepped for as the company did not explain anything about the task to me. They didn’t even reply to my email when I sent it over and didn’t tell me what to do with it on the initial email featuring the task. I didn’t hear back about the role for almost 2 weeks after the interview and then received an email stating they would not be moving forward with me and I could request feedback, which I did immediately. It’s now been a month with still no response. The whole process was a disgrace and unprofessional. I’m not sure someone would send a potential employee into an interview completely unprepared and unaware of the process.
