The interview process was great, better than allot of company’s. You can tell justine is passionate about employing the right person she really likes to understand you. The interview is in depth looking at skills and service.
Firstly you are welcomed and setup in a room by yourself to conduct a telephone role play and a math test. Then the process moves along to a meeting whereby you are asked a series of questions amongst general chat to understand behaviour and competency level.
