Great interview. The interviewer was professional and informative. They were able to explain to me what they were looking for and I was able to express to them what kind of employer I was looking for.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at AxisPoint Health (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2019
Interview
My interview process was pleasant. Onboarding was a nightmare. Training was decent. Overall, my expectations about the position were higher than they should have been. Repetitive duties, dead end and flat learning curve after 3 weeks in position.

Question 1
Previous experience with customer service and special needs population.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AxisPoint Health (Westminster, CO) in Dec 2015
Interview
I suppose the interview process itself, isn’t so bad. Human Resources is really the only good part of the company. It is not a difficult interview. You will be asked to perform some basic “monkey” level computer skills and you will probably be hired.
