Group interview, we were told to peruse the store and locate certain items whilst being observed, I guess to see how well we worked with others then interviewed on our own asked usual why we want to work for B&Q etc.
Very easy - initial interview on the phone and then face to face with the store manager and hr rep. The questions are a mix based on previous experience and some general questions about yourself and background.
