group activity, testing a number of skills, also individual tasks. felt a bit like apprentice, wanting to be at forefront and being heard. lots of assesors in the room. Good floor visit, meeting staff was good.
Informal chat, list of questions and very friendly. I felt at ease instantly as the guy was very welcoming. A few situation questions were asked and nothing too difficult, have these prepared and you will be fine.
