Interview
First there is a telephone interview, if all goes well you will be booked onto a three hour on-site process.
At the store you will be asked to sell a product to the interviewing team, which consists of one or two managers and two or three team members(usually rising stars or supervisors), you will also visit the shop floor and talk to customers, all the time being observed by one of the interviewing team.
Next is an ability to teamwork exerciser such as build a tower from paper and cardboard tubes.
There is then a short break, at this point each candidate will either move forward to a verbal interview or be asked to leave. If you are successful in the verbal interview you will be contacted by phone several days later and offered the job.
