I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BAE Systems USA in Mar 2019
Interview
2 phone interviews. One with HR and one with hiring manager/future manager. General conversation, then after offer drug test and background check. Some differ, but mine was only phone discussions. For interns, pretty basic.

Question 1
What have you done in the past (school or work) that proves you can do this job?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at BAE Systems USA (California, MD) in Apr 2024
Interview
It was a remote position so the interview was virtual. It started with a few basic questions about myself and then turn into an HOUR of the interviewer telling me about herself and how much the companies pay structure sucks. no I am not kidding.
The process was straightforward, I had a screening call with HR to check if I was a good fit. The info was forwarded on to the Hiring Managed which was followed-up by an in-person interview about 3-5 days later and received an offer the following week.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you utilized lean business practices
The interview process was typical. I had an initial phone screening; a phone interview with the hiring manager and then two on-site interviews. The interviews consisted of general behavioral questions and knowledge based questions. Mainly questions where utilization of the STAR method would be used.
