BAI Communications interview questions

The interview process was very professional and the talent acquisition manager was extremely attentive and informative. She answered all of my questions and regularly called to check in on how I felt about the process and role.

Online interview went well until some behavioral questions were asked about giving an example of how something was handled in the past. As I had never had to do the thing that was asked, I could not answer. When the HR person called to say I was not successful, the unanswered questions was the reason given. I suggested they could have asked what would I do in such a situation. I hope they have taken it on board.
