My interview experience with British American Tobacco was disappointing. The interviewer did not appear very engaged and the communication during the interview was not very professional. As a candidate, it made the process feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming
As a first step, a conventional HR interview takes place. Then, a further interview with one of the future team members is conducted (small Excel task to perform). Quick and detailed feedback is received.

It was easy, the iv is friendly and passionate to know more about the candidates. The question given also okay since they know internship never involves with any career. We made online interview
