Interview
The interview process consists in some steps:
1. CV evaluation
2. Culture Questionnaire
3. Cognitive Assessment Numerical reasoning
4. Cognitive Assessment Verbal reasoning
5. Telephone interview
6. Leadership questionnaire
7. Face to face interview
The Culture interview consists of questions with regard to the persons values in work.
The numeric and verbal Cognitive Assessment are tests that assess the persons capacity to understand and explain figures and texts.

An interesting quiz before an interview. Generally quite a positive experience but not so fast process. I'd like to hear a feedback quicker a bit. I received a letter when I already forgot about this interview, in 2-3 weeks.
