First step I had to complete two online tests, then there was a phone interview with HR and finally an in-person interview with two managers. After one week they called me back with a proposal

In the phone interview they ask you why you want to work for a tobacco company
It is a very professional and smooth process, and i really appreciate this. I made a self introduction and explained some details on my CV. Im happy that the process is very clear and effective

Interview
I was interviewed online through a cognitive assessment test which mainly asked cultural questions and theoretical thinking and reasoning. The online test had no lapse time, i completed it in 30 minutes.

Pymetrics test, phone interview, personal interview. HR was nice, but internship cancelled due to covid-19. They changed the behavioral test too. It becomes more difficult. It used to be verbal and maths, now its gaming, Like jp morgam.
