It was a quick process: initially was contacted by phone for them to understand my overall motivation for when I applied, and an online interview was scheduled right then. During the interview, the interviewer was very pleasant and ideas were exchange as well, making it more like an interesting conversation.

It was a Competency-Based Interview, however it also had a bit of Biographical exploration.

Interview
Ridiculous interview which ended without speaking about my recent experience. The interviewer had another meeting... No feedback at all... They just care about metrics, meaning make X interviews so they can say to the client they had hundreds of candidates...

Interview
The main partner reached out through Linked in, then there was a face to face interview with a junior HR girl and several emails, texts and phone calls followed.
They left me hanging without giving me an answer at the final stage of a recruitment process. Had to “chase” the girl several times until they finally told me someone else got the job. Extremely unprofessional and with no respect for the applicant’s time or expectations.
