Mehrstufiger Prozess, 1. Runde Headhunter, 2. Runde Business Department bei Platinion. Bereits der Headhunter konnte ziemlich genau beschreiben was und in welchem Gehaltsrahmen gesucht wird. Gehalt ist eher hoch anzuesetzen, allerdings wird auch viel Flexibiltät dafür verlangt.

Insgesamt Gespräche mit 4 verschieben Mitarbeitenden auf verschiedenen Levels, alle Gespräche sehr wertschätzend aber auch fordernd inhaltlich bei den Case Studies, durchgehend Kontakt mit Recruitern mit Feedback über Prozess etc.

Interview
I had a screening call with a manager and a case study interview with a senior consultant. My case study interview was rescheduled twice. Although HR was transparent about the reasons for rescheduling, I perceived it as a red flag regarding the company's internal organization. Ultimately, I was interviewed by a senior consultant with half my years of experience, whose comments not only indicated a lack of experience but also did not reflect well on the company culture. Following that interview, I decided to withdraw from the hiring process.
