i applied after seeing a vacancy advertised via a local newspaper. After a month i got a call inviting me for an oral interview, i came for interview where i was asked questions by a panel of 4, the section head, 2 foremen, hr rep and training officer. After a month I got the good news that i have succesfully made it and i should report for duty when ready.
