Sent them CV -> Online interview with manager -> On-site test for 4-6 hours. Before this test they ask to sign NDA about interview and take your ID copy (In NDA they also say that you cannot say your salary to anyone...???).
Company works with crypto transfers and for some reasons they need people which will do all this crypto operations from wallet to wallet using 2FA and codified instructions. After that you always take screenshots of your work. Basically, you will became a human-script without any new skills, so this position its a dead-end for your career. And you will need those operations during 4 hours on their site so they test you ho much errors you make and how you follow instructions .doc files that are located on google-drive, which you need everytime search manually (they even dont have something like Confluence ot Wikipedia to write instructions in a comfortable way).
Also they said that they dont like current employees that are in their probation period and they will fire them, thats why they hire.
Insurance will be offered after probation period, which is 3 months.
Also they are working for very serious companies and clients, but they cannot say, its secret. Salary offered - 6eur/h gross and if I will be good employee, I will be transfered to more serious projects and it will became 9eur/h gross.
