I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BES Rehab in Oct 2020
Interview
Approached by an agency. As usual, first, there was a phone screening by the agency followed by a 1:1 interview via video call. The interview had some experience questions followed by technical questions designed to assess the understanding of the MDD/MDR, its application to given scenarios, and other general regulations or harmonised standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 13485. I was told that some of the technical questions were common to all candidates and the responses to these may be used to make a comparative assessment between all the candidates. I think this was very thoughtful of them. I was very happy to receive an offer and it was a very good one. I, however, chose another offer over this considering my long-term goals and the fact that I wanted to start ASAP. I highly recommend the company and the people.
