A small company but acts like FAANG. Virtual interview with 2 interviewers, was very unprofessional. Commented my design assessment was good. Then asking about my expected salary (which already stated in application form). After hearing the rate , they try to pick on small mistakes and make you feel humiliated, and then end the meeting.

Was considering to post this up or not but just wanted to give a fellow designers a heads up. Applied to the company and gotten an email sharing about the company, asking for your skills and competencies. Followed up was a generic design assignment with broken english. Post-submission interview, entered the interview with the feeling that both interviewers were either disinterested, tired and picked on details that were not specified within brief quickly dismissing your explanations. Took up another agency offer that had better prospects and vibes during the hiring process after the call ended.

Answer a list of questions about your knowledge on coding languages and experience of design skills/software. Proceed to send you a design assignment. If selected, they will call you for an interview. Interview is online. They will ask you to describe your design process and go through your portfolio briefly.
