      Retention Agent Interview

      28 Apr 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Vaudreuil-Dorion, QC
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at BIGDOG Payments (Vaudreuil-Dorion, QC) in Mar 2017

      Interview

After being greeted,I was escorted to a computer test which is timed. Since I passed, I was then set up to listen to actual calls so I could understand more about the job and what I could expect. I then met with an HR rep who went through my CV, asking questions about my past jobs. She also gave me info about the company, the job, polices, etc. Lastly, I met with a call center manager. I was offered the job, accepted, completed the HR paperwork.
