Didn’t make it to the in person interview because of their lack of communication and poor scheduling. I originally had a phone interview that had been rescheduled twice, but when the time came (it was on a Friday) there was no call. I sent an email following up to confirm with no response. The following Monday evening I get an apology and was asked to reschedule, and I agreed. I then received an email asking if we could have an in-person meeting with their team from Iceland offices. I gladly agree; the location and time was confirmed on the next Wednesday. On Sunday, I get multiple emails asking to change the location of the interview, which I agreed to. However, they failed to mention they changed the days from Wednesday to the next day, Monday. I receive an email 15 minutes before this new interview, asking if it was still confirmed when I had no idea it had changed. I wrote them today that I was no longer interested in the position. The lack of respect and consideration even before I met anyone was a giant red flag. Good luck to anyone else applying.
