I was asked to come in for an interview very shortly after expressing interest. I didn't have the typical application process as I was a transfer. The interview was more productive and in depth than any other I've had. The department supervisors who interviewed me asked relevant questions and also took their time answering all of mine. For something that is most often somewhat stressful, I actually enjoyed this one. I was introduced to the staff and given a tour afterwards.
