it was the first step in the hiring process. i had to record myself answering a few preset situational questions. it was nerve racking as i only had 60 seconds to prepare for a 3 minute answer

Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.

virtual 10 question self interview ranging with the typical STAR method questions. never heard back after the virtual self interiew, did not like that sort of interview style. would prefer a live interview with an actual interviewer
