I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at BMO Financial Group (Calgary, AB) in Sept 2015
Interview
Applied over their website. Got an email inviting me to do the digital interview the next day.
There were 9 questions in total. 6 multiple choice (related to your preferences regarding work location, work hours etc) and 3 video questions.
The video questions were not that difficult at all, but if you're camera-shy like me... good luck. ;)
Needless to say that I didn't get any feedback/offer so far.

Interview
You will be contacted by email by hewitt and they will schedule a phone interview. when you do the phone interview you will be asked a lot of behavioural based questions and they will tell you you will be hearing from the branch if you are wanted for a face to face interview. in the face to face interview they will ask you a lot of the same questions and will usually start out with asking you to tell them about yourself which would consist of your work experience etc..

they will ask you about a time when you received constructive criticism and how you handles it.. i always find these questions tough because you need to put a positive spin on it
