I applied online through their website. I was contacted almost 3 weeks after the initial application via phone. The conversation was standard and we scheduled an interview for the following week. The interview was quite simple, they told me what the role consisted of and how high the turn over rate was. "This job is not for the faint of heart"

All of the questions were fairly standard behavioural questions, nothing technical or even industry specific.

Interview
It was a very quick and casual interview process. Had an initial phone call where they just explained the role and responsibilities of the job and asked a few questions about my past work experience. They basically were just trying to see how I sounded on the phone. Got back to me a couple weeks later telling me I had the job. HR is a nightmare though. Took a very long time for me to actually start working.
