Digital interview, there were 11 questions, which needed to be recorded and sent, they were for 1 minute 30 seconds each, although the job posting said , followed by the digital interview, a skill assessment test will be sent, who was never sent, not even a feedback, highly unprofessional in my opinion. Don’t waste your time.

I received an email from BMO inviting me to complete a video interview by BMO by a certain deadline after applying online with my resume & cover letter on BMO's career Workday website. The video interview presented questions one by one & I'd to record a response for each question. For each question, I've a max. of 3 attempts to record & answer it.

Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.
