Phone call with recruiter, followed by an in-person interview with branch manager. In both scenarios I was asked behavioural questions. It was very well conducted. The hiring process took approximately 3 to 4 weeks.

Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.

virtual 10 question self interview ranging with the typical STAR method questions. never heard back after the virtual self interiew, did not like that sort of interview style. would prefer a live interview with an actual interviewer
