Interview
The interview was done by phone and was very time consuming. I had worked for BMO for 44 years and when I retired I did tell them if they were ever stuck I could come back and being a manager I knew the paperwork had to be done properly so there would not be a problem to bring me back part time. Well it was not done properly and I had to do interview/screening and training as if I were a new hire. Needless to say it was frustrating for me as well as the branch that had one of their staff members off sick

I received an email from BMO inviting me to complete a video interview by BMO by a certain deadline after applying online with my resume & cover letter on BMO's career Workday website. The video interview presented questions one by one & I'd to record a response for each question. For each question, I've a max. of 3 attempts to record & answer it.

Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.
