Approached the recruiter at the campus job fair, then a week later I have the 1st interview with recruiter in Calgary. She is very friendly and nice, it took about 30 mins, 10 questions in total. I have been told my profile will be forward to branch manager to review, who will set up a second interview. Unfortunately the position I applied has been filled , but the recruiter will forward my profile to another new opening in different branch for the same position.
Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.

virtual 10 question self interview ranging with the typical STAR method questions. never heard back after the virtual self interiew, did not like that sort of interview style. would prefer a live interview with an actual interviewer
