Interviewed why I am interested in ER (which they identified as very different from HR) and asked previous knowledge/experience related to this. Also touched on how to handle conflicts but no behavioural questions. Throughout the interview process it did not specify what are the daily tasks of the job rather than assisting the team so i guess the recruiter doesn't know.
