For the round table discussions, you will likely be seated at a table with four other students and one senior business representative. For fifteen minutes, you’ll discuss a particular topic. After fifteen minutes, the senior speaker will move to another table. There will be three discussions in total. Below are the topics:
1. US Elections & Brexit
2. Sustained low level interest rate environment
3. China outlook

Very technical for first round, asked a lot of mental math, bond math and brain teasers only one behavioural question which was tell me about yourself and why you applied
Did an online assessment and then an interview with a trader. Was not the easiest interview. Maths and brain teasers. The brain teasers specifically were not easy initially. Did not make it to the next round
Teams call with a director, Mixture of behavioural questions like why are you interested in markets, thoughts on ESG and also more maths/brain teaser questions like 3^6 and calculating percentage changes.
