Two interviews
Oral and written interviews to test for suitability of skills and qualifications.
The two interviews are in two different days.
Upon qualifying in the written test you are invited for oral test.
The communication was done late and the interview required one to do a sample work that would be timed for two hours.
No calls were made prior, just an email with the sample work. Felt more like an ambush and a set up for failure.
They responded to emails at night, seemingly the culture is wanting.
