BONIIK interview questions

Nice experience, it is warm and welcoming for fresh graduates. Trial was also quite straightforward, and I was able to learn about the expectations and company culture before joining the company.

Horrible! I did my first interview, and I was asked to come back in the same week which I did. However, before my first interview I was required to send a list with over 10 documents included previous pay slips, contract, references, tax file number, diploma etc to be able to go to the 2nd interview. (I NEVER EVER) seen a company asked for all those documents to be able to go to the 2nd interview. Ok, after I submitted everything, I went to the 2nd interview, the Founder Anne did not allow me to speak much only her was driving the entire conversation (1 hour). Ok. Boniik's founder told me she would give me feedback in 2 weeks as she was going through more interviews which was fine and understandable. Although, for my SURPRISE I have seen that Boniik has repost the advertise again WITHOUT GIVING any feedback. Not to mention that the position I have applied for had over 60 candidates. How come no one was suitable? Also, WHY no feedback at all even though I have asked for? Definitely, it shows it's not a company for anyone to work for. Please if you see any advertise of BONIIK please RUN AWAY!
