BPE Design and Support interview questions

Approached by recruitment agency for role and submitted an application. Had an initial telephone interview based on competency questions. Two weeks, later was invited to a face-to-face interview, which was more technical. For the later interview, it was done with the people I would be reporting (e.g, Lead Engineer).
