BT e-Serv India interview questions

Interviews take place in 3 rounds normally by Director locally Another director in Uk followed HR round locally which was quite interesting discussion. They grill you on team management, handling conflicts and maintaining productivity.

There were two rounds of interview asking basic project delivery and management questions. If the role has a dotted reporting to someone in UK, then there would be another round where the person from UK would join. If cleared it will be followed by HR round immediately.
