A genuinely engaging interview that I really enjoyed. Lovely people who knew how to interview but also how to get the most out of a meeting. I felt genuinely positive about the people and the role and would have been over the moon to accept. However, they kindly rang to advise I would have had the role in the bag if there hadn’t been one other candidate who was transferring internally and had the specific experience based in what she was doing elsewhere. Just pipped to the post.
