Back Market Engineering Manager interview questions

I applied on Monday afternoon, and received an email saying that "a recruiter would contact me if the stars aligned". The next day, without any extra information, I received a cynical email saying that "stars didn't align" and that "it's not me, it's them". That was weird as my qualifications met 90% of the offer, so I expected at least something a bit more professional. They sent it from a no-reply@ email address. Can't speak for the tech teams inside, but the recruitment team doesn't look very professional.

Screening RH, questions très basiques. Profil trouvé intéressant, selon le talent acquisition manager. Puis plus de nouvelles, plus aucun message malgré 2 relances par email. En regardant les autres avis, il semblerait qu'il s'agisse d'une habitude chez back market, malgré les excuses répétées de l'entreprise sur les autres commentaires glassdoor.
