Email to set up interview then met one on one with the manager simple questions to do with your experience. Waited a week and asked in for a 2nd interview which was to show you around where you would be working. Another week later and was called and offered the job.

Trying to set the interview up was a nightmare, (recruiter took a week to return my call) then after doing the interview they never got in contact again despite me following up, shame that such a large company operates like this
I had a 30 minute phone interview. Now the next process is a 2 hour interview with 4 different interviewers. I feel this is excessive and intimidating to say the least.

Over Zoom followed by an in person meeting. It was easy to navigate/communicate. Everyone was very welcoming and answered all of my questions about the role and company culture. It was not difficult.
