he process began with a HireVue digital interview. It was a one-way video interview where I had to record responses to pre-set questions. There were about 3–5 questions in total. For each question, I had 30 seconds to prepare and around 90 seconds to speak. The focus was heavily on behavioral questions and my interest in the financial sector, rather than deep technical coding questions at this stage. The platform was easy to use.

It was a super day, two back to back short interviews. Both recruiters asked the same questions and it was purely behavioral with a few technical questions. Be prepared to answer in STAR format.
