Got interview through a recruiter. Srted with phone interview. Once past this I went in for a day of Interviews. Must have seen about 10 people. Some interviews were 1:1 and others 2:1 but never more then that. Met traders, people from Sales team and Origination teams and also head of the floor (1:1) Interviews were combination of experience and fit. There was the odd technical and brain teaser but got the feeling that it very much depends on the type of interviewer you get and there is no set type of interview. So if you get a guy who likes brain teasers then you will get a few of those and so on There was repetition which adds to the feeling that the whole process is not discussed pre hand. Overall a tiring experience but not overly tenchical
