Mine was a complete joke. The Main manager that was suppose to interview me had to cancel so he sent his incompetent middle manager to interview me. A large portion of the interview was me listening to how his family had money and how awesome he was, most unprofessional interview I have ever had. I knew the position was pretty much mine because of my qualifications but I would have expected to at least go through the motions of a professional interview.

casual interview to learn about your backround and interest in career. looking for a securities licensed person to fill the role. it was overall easy interview wihta. couple of situational questions.
the hiring manager provided a series of rapid fire questions about behavioral situations. we roled played an interaction between advisor and client. the main focus was on how do you interact with the clients who will come into the branch. focus on getting to know the client first to determine what products they would be interested in. the role is big on sales not much financial planning. you will be expected to offer other services in the branch such as opening accounts and loan referrals

how would you overcome the difficulties of lowered volume foot traffic in the branch?
Easy process. They ask about your background and licenses. Typical questions on how you have handled certain situations before etc. The interviewer was nice and was conversational. Accepted offer after interview.
