Interview
Took an assessment followed by two 30 minute interviews. It took about a month after applying on my university's career website. Very nice people and easy to talk with. The questions were behavioral mostly.
Nice and professional. Questions were not difficult. The interviewer was very welcoming and was the experience feel very personalized. She was inviting and shows compassion and empathy towards my goals and answers to her questions. She provided great feedback and made relatable comments to how she could understand my answers and would do the same in the situation.
