I applied online. I interviewed at Bank of America
Interview
Simple Human Resources screening telephone call to verify my eligibility for the role, resume experince, determine next steps, including timing and availability for round 2. Recruiter was friendly and has been responsive to follow up question.
I applied online. I interviewed at Bank of America (New York, NY)
Interview
I had only 2 runs of interviews, one with the hiring manager and one with her boss. I performed well but believe they already had someone in mind because my 2nd run came 2 days later.

Question 1
Q: what's your least favorite thing that you did at the company
The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Bank of America
Interview
Disappointed in the interview process.
Initial call from the recruiter consisted of them asking two questions - if I was vaccinated and if I could work out of a specific location. When I asked follow up questions, the recruiter knew nothing about the role - individual contributor, leader, new, backfill, salary range, etc.
Following that, they were timely with initial interviews and things progressed well. I completed the final round with the hiring manager (although it wasn’t clear they were the hiring manager, until we started the interview). Since then (a month ago) there has been no follow up, no decline, no response to the thank you email or anything. The role was reposted with expanded locations but my application still shows as “in progress”. Obviously I wasn’t selected but you should have the professional courtesy to either decline me for the role or let me know you’re looking to increase your candidate pool or some type of communication/update.
