The people cared a lot about my input. The hiring managers were understanding and definitely peaked my interest in the bank. The recruiter was very helpful and really tried to accommodate me the best that she could. I felt as if my input was valued when I engaged the hiring managers. I would definitely recommend this company to a friend.
