Interview
I received my first interview through an on campus recuitment. The first round consisted of a 30-40 minute phone interview, during which I was asked why BofAML, why IBD, and so on. There were a lot of behavioral questions, such as why your college, why did you work for this company, what leadership skills do you have.
Second round was a superday, organized at their corporate headquarters in NYC. BofA covers you airfare and hotel expenses.
