Submitted online application with cv and questions regarding the choice of division. Was asked to explain what the division does to the best of my knowledge. Online interview was basic competency questions.

Talk about a recent news event and how that might affect the financial services industry.
It was a 3 or 4 question hirevue interview. Allowed 30 seconds to prepeare each asnwer before answering the question for 3 minutes. I did this after an online assessmnet
15 minutes 5 questions, 30 seconds before every question to think, 2 minutes per question to respond but don’t have to use up full time. Done on HireVue through application portal.
