      Recruiter reached out to me after finding my resume on a career site, applied for position, spoke briefly with recruiter about Job details, benefits, schedules and inquired on my goals and why I left prior company. Scheduled a F2F with Senior VP for that next week, interview was a one on one and went incredibly well. Conversation was fluid and easy. Not intimidating.
