Recruiter contacted me and asked me to take an on line test. Upon completion, I was scheduled for a face to face interview with two supervisors. The interview was short with basic questions such as "tell me how you offer outstanding customer service". Offered job pending background check.

The hiring process consisted of their giving me two interviews. One was over the phone, the other was face to face. I also had to take an Iq test and show my ability to multi task. interview took about 2 minutes. was told i got the position at the end of the interview by the manager and then hours later the manager changed his mind will never apply for a position again with the company.
