I applied online and got an automatic respond confirming receipt of my application. After a week I was contacted by phone and had a short (about 10 min) phone interview, regarding my background and experience. Then I asked to schedule an appointment for a group interview. I got an email right after regarding dress code, locatino of the interview, time, date, etc. The group interview was supposed to be about 2 hours, but it lasted close to 4. There was about 10-12 of applicants, 1 representative from the HR and 3 other managers as observers who didn't really participate in the process. We were asked to introduce ourselves individually and then were asked to choose an animal as an avatar, that shares the closest personality with us, and then explain why. Then we were divided into groups of 4-5 and had to choose a BofA product and after a 20 min, a representer from each group stood and represented the chosen product. After that, it was the 1:1 interview, we were called to another room, where all the managers were, and were asked about our personal experience and how we may fit in BofA. Cash handling experience was a plus.
