Well thought out questions and dialogue. Not a canned interview with robotic type questioning and mood. Very comfortable atmosphere. Very direct in explaining the role and requirements. I appreciated hearing about the true challenges in play for the organization as well.

Initial contact was through email. Then interview through zoom. Then in person. Received a follow up email for second interview in person with a panel. Received email with offer. Very professional and efficient process.

Applied through an agency, interview was scheduled on the next day. Interviews was done by offshore resources (India, Chennai) who doesn’t even have half of my total experience. Overall bad experience.
